Position: Pastry Chef de Partie

Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off

Overview: We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to enhance our renowned culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare mise en place for service
  • Adhere to the guidance of the Sous Chef
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

  • Take ownership of assigned section

Work Environment: The Pastry Chef de Partie will work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment of 55-60 hours per week. Flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the business.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, effective time management skills, and relevant experience in a professional kitchen setting.
