Consultant in Restorative Dentistry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Restorative Dentistry to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our Restorative Dentistry service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Restorative Dentistry, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with complex dental needs.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality care and improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our Restorative Dentistry service, including the design and implementation of new services and programs.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, including dental students and junior doctors, to ensure they receive high-quality training and education.
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication with patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Restorative Dentistry, with a proven track record of clinical excellence and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and education, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in Restorative Dentistry.
