We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Autism and Learning Disabilities Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with autistic and disabled individuals, as well as related neurodevelopmental needs.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of the Autism and Learning Disabilities Team, including strategic planning and business development.
- Provide clinical supervision to trainee clinical psychologists and other junior staff members.
- Engage in continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in working with autistic and disabled individuals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
- Manage and treat clients with complex needs, applying appropriate clinical treatments.
- Doctoral or Master's level qualification in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or relevant body.
- Experience of working at all levels of the system, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing and treating clients with autism and learning disabilities.
- Some experience of clinical management and project work, such as quality improvement.
- Experience of clinical supervision and staff management.
- Ability to travel and work flexibly to meet service needs.
