We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Programme forward. As Head of Programmes, you will be responsible for overseeing the programme team and budget, and implementing the strategy for our ESOL Programme.
You will work closely with the Head of Training and Resources to develop and implement partnership strategies, and collaborate with the Director, Communications staff, and external experts to support the Foundation's external policy and influencing work.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of ESOL delivery and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals who speak English as an Additional Language.
About the RoleAs a senior manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a small, highly skilled team of staff and external consultants, and develop new partnerships at a senior level. You will be responsible for managing the programme budget and ensuring the effective delivery of the ESOL Programme.
You will also work closely with the Foundation's board and staff to develop and implement the ESOL Programme strategy, and contribute to the development of the Foundation's overall strategy.
What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and credible individual who can lead the ESOL Programme into the future. You will have excellent communication and management skills, and be able to engage with stakeholders at a senior level.
You will also have a strong understanding of the ESOL sector and the challenges faced by individuals who speak English as an Additional Language. You will be able to develop and implement effective solutions to these challenges, and contribute to the development of the Foundation's overall strategy.
