As the Operations Team Lead - Luxury Packaging and Warehousing, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in Luxury Packaging and/or Wet/Dry Goods Warehousing. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing a team that excels in delivering high-quality products while ensuring compliance with all required standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and develop Luxury Operations teams to achieve high performance and engagement, meeting key performance indicators while fostering collaboration in line with company values.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental, and Customs regulations, and proactively address safety risks.
- Operational Planning: Support the development and execution of both the packaging and distribution short and long-term plans, aligned with company objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality meets standards by maintaining compliant processes, equipment, and training.
- Staff Development: Provide support and training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps promptly.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter who effectively develops and implements both shorter and longer-term plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will also need to be a strong leader who can drive team performance, ensure compliance with all regulations, and maintain high product quality while making safety a top priority.
