About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Goodwood's Bar and Grill Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative dishes using locally sourced organic produce, including award-winning meats and cheeses from our Goodwood Home Farm.
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef and team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance our culinary offerings.
