About the Role

3Search is partnering with a global FMCG company to find an energetic and integrated Brand Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy food and lifestyle, and a strong understanding of brand building and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop annual brand plans, ensuring consumer insights are at the heart of the strategy.
  • Support the management of 360 integrated campaigns, including ATL and BTL channels.
  • Work with the Innovation Manager to develop the brand innovation pipeline.
  • Develop long-term campaign creative with the global brand team and internal studio.
  • Manage external agencies and develop influencer initiatives with the Marketing Manager.
  • Work on brand partnership activities and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Pro-active and self-motivated approach, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within FMCG, ideally in food brands.
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple work-streams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and ATL/BTL channels.
