Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to lead our Fleet store and drive sales growth. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets in a retail environment. You will be a strong leader with excellent people management skills, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best. Your commercial awareness and ability to deliver sales will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fleet store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Drive sales growth and exceed targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve their best and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Monitor and control costs, including stock, labor, and overheads, to ensure profitability.
