About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Technician to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our fleet services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our demonstration and press fleet vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist team members in resolving technical issues related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Monitor and manage workflow, reporting on progress using appropriate systems.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all workshop documentation and compliance with manufacturer's procedures.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify defects and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Interpret technical service information and data to inform maintenance decisions.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to ensure workshop targets are met and operational demand is met.
  • Adhere to company standards for tool and equipment maintenance, reporting damage or faults to management.
  • Comply with health and safety processes and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide a flexible approach to working patterns to support wider functions as required.

Requirements

  • Experience as a vehicle technician with certifications in Level 1, 2, and 3 motor vehicle engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in an automotive, workshop, or service environment, with expertise in vehicle diagnostics and interpreting manufacturing specifications.
  • Knowledge of vehicle and workshop quality standards, with an inquisitive mindset and ability to actively problem-solve.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
