Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at KP Snacks in Hellaby. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
- Formal qualification in an electrical discipline with corresponding practical experience
- Knowledge of COSHH to legislative standards and experience with pneumatics or PLC's
- Continuous improvement experience and Lean tools/techniques
