Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee functional safety initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate safety strategies for ADL projects and vehicles.
  • Offer guidance and support to engineers on functional safety deliverables.
  • Maintain requirements management systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with suppliers during the development phase.
  • Produce technical documentation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work alongside NFI Group colleagues to formulate safety arguments for various applications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in managing electrical/electronic projects.
  • Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and controls.
  • Understanding of hardware/software quality assurance processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
