4-on/4-off rotational 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Compensation:
£25,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
To support the maintenance of safety, security, and operational integrity of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and conduct regular site patrols.
2. Manage access control by overseeing entry and exit barriers and documenting all vehicles on the premises.
3. Optimize parking arrangements to maximize space utilization.
4. Adhere to safety protocols to foster a secure environment for clients, visitors, and personnel.
5. Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
6. Greet and assist customers and visitors upon arrival.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
