## Job Title: Adult's Registered Manager
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our adult care services in Bromley. As a specialist charity provider, we offer a rewarding and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of CQC regulations and risk management.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of staff in adult social care services
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and risk management procedures
* Collaborate with other managers to achieve multisite management goals
* Utilize excellent IT and organizational skills to manage multiple sites and staff
### Requirements:
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Proven track record of performance managing staff in adult social care services
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and risk management
* Excellent IT and organizational skills
