Job Title: Executive Head Chef Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Head Chef to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Manage a team of up to 50 chefs, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that all kitchens adhere to company Health and Safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
