About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DCS Systems Engineer to join our team at INEOS Grangemouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical systems expertise and support to our Asset, TAR and Projects businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and upgrade technical systems to ensure optimal plant operation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Secure systems against cyber threats and assist with the recovery of programmable systems during major incidents/emergencies.
  • Provide technical expertise for peer reviews and other project improvement practices across the complex.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party design contractors and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • DCS systems design and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to support effective troubleshooting and determine solutions to complex technical problems.
