About the Role

A highly motivated person with DCS experience is required to join our team to provide technical systems' expertise and support Asset, TAR and Projects businesses in delivering legal compliance and achieving INEOS OPUK business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a total asset care service (design, maintenance, upgrades, modifications), securing systems against cyber threats and assisting with the recovery of programmable systems during major incidents/emergencies to maximize plant availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • DCS systems design and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to support effective troubleshooting and determine solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Ability to understand advanced technical instructional material and data and implement technological advances to existing systems.
  • Ability to interface with 3rd party design contractors and vendors.
