Electrical Installation Lecturer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to learners across various Electrical Installation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons in Electrical Installation across different levels.
  • Support students in developing practical skills, knowledge, and understanding of the subject.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure student success.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources.
  • Participate in curriculum development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student retention, progression, and achievement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and integrate this into teaching practice.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 3 or higher).
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
  • Experience within the electrical industry, with up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • Experience in teaching or training in further education is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting and inspiring students to achieve their potential.
