Electrical Installations Lecturer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installations Lecturer to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As an Electrical Installations Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students pursuing qualifications in electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Assessment: Plan and deliver effective teaching sessions in electrical installations, adhering to curriculum requirements and academic standards. Assess student progress through formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging learning materials, assessments, and activities to support student learning and development. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in electrical installations to ensure the relevance and currency of teaching content.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes equality of opportunity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices within the department.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualification in electrical installations or a related field. Teaching qualification (desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants).
  • Experience: Proven experience in electrical installations, preferably in an educational or training setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical installations.
