Project Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work on a variety of above-ground infrastructure projects, including service reservoirs, pumping stations, and water treatment works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with budget and cash flow management of circa £35M per annum
  • Analyse data to produce accurate cost reports
  • Understand contractors' works planning and resource deployment methods to identify and correct inefficiencies
  • Manage contractors' supply chains and procurement
Requirements:
  • Education to BSc Quantity Surveying
  • Relevant experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure, or utility schemes
  • Good understanding of NEC/ECC contracts
  • Proven track record in driving commercial efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with stakeholders

This is a hybrid working role with 2-3 days per week expected in the office or on site in the Kent or Sussex area. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for career development and support towards achieving Chartered Status.
