About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence and dignity.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
Practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home. You will also be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members and be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
