About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in our care, adhering to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of our children and families.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
