Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Play Away Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality childcare to our children and families.
About the RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing stimulating and purposeful experiences for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of our nursery's philosophy and approach to childcare, aligning with our values of 'Nurture, Care, Inspire'.
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- At least one year of experience in Early Years childcare.
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
