Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to all requests received in the FPN inbox
- Provide administrative support to the Elective Home Education Service

- Update service-specific databases and trackers
- Field relevant telephone calls and messages
- Complete statutory returns
- Support with I.T. setup and the creation of resources as required
