  • Previous experience as a Residential Support Professional or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting young people, with a commitment to their well-being and success.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices, with a strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
