Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at ISS. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Helpdesk, providing exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately translate contractual and operational requirements to ensure that our Helpdesk exceeds client expectations.
- Identify the most appropriate solution to client requests within the contractual process.
- Build relationships with clients and account delivery teams.
- Manage and update associated software and programs (e.g. Maximo).
- Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to clients.
- Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective.
- Evaluate and escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when needed.
Requirements
- GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above, or an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role.
- Call handling experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organizational goals.
- Organized with good planning ability, to organize/schedule events and activities.
- Capability to understand and analyze statistical data.
