Raw Materials and Packaging Controller

We are seeking an experienced Raw Materials and Packaging Controller to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing our health and safety policy.
- Assist in raising purchase orders from Material Call Off (MCO) sheets.
- Administer and check materials with longer lead times to ensure forward orders are placed within the lead time.
- Chase outstanding orders from suppliers.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to raw materials and packaging.
- Highlight any issues that may impact customer orders.
- Help resolve purchase ledger queries.
- Process orders for goods inward shipping and provide accurate documentation.
- Assist in shelf-life management and reduce potential stock write-offs.
- Working knowledge of TROPOS and associated systems.
- Ability to analyze and present operational KPIs.
- Sound numerical and negotiation skills.
- High level of IT skills.
- Energy drive and determination to succeed.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
