Helpdesk Admin Role

This is a shift-based Helpdesk Admin position that requires working 24/7 to support our business operations. The role is based in Hampshire and involves working on a temporary contract with potential for permanence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support managers and supervisors in their dealings with the rest of the business, specialist services, and clients.
  • Liaise with clients around contracts, quotes, service delivery, and queries.
  • Represent the Operations and Key Accounts teams in relation to admin and other issues.
  • Update internal and external databases and accurately record job-related information on IT systems.
  • Assist with visits in the SAFE system and ensure accuracy in input and closure.
  • Create and manage contract reports and supporting documentation.
  • Provide management information and reporting data.
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings and deal with communications in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Maintain full audit trails and ensure quality of service through close working with operational colleagues.
Working Arrangements

The role will involve working Monday to Friday during May to September and Monday to Sunday during October to April. You may be required to work weekends and over holiday periods due to the seasonality of the role.
