Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Insights Analyst** to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and marketing functions, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights through data analysis, driving business growth, and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Data Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, retailer loyalty scheme databases, research data, Kantar databases, industry news/events, and store visits to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • **Insight Generation**: Develop clear, concise, and compelling stories from data insights, using supporting evidence and examples to inform business decisions.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies and initiatives.
  • **Data Quality**: Ensure data accuracy and quality, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.

What We Offer

  • **Competitive Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

  • **Flexible Working**: 2 days per week in the office.
