About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Director to lead our Communications and Brand Strategy function at TES Global. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that enhances our brand reputation and drives business growth
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, associations, and other external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Oversee the development and dissemination of internal communications, including company-wide announcements and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage crisis communications and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive media relations program, including press releases, media kits, and other materials
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to inform future communications strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in communications and brand strategy, with a strong track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, associations, and other external partners
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
