Your Responsibilities- Provide companionship and support with daily tasks, fostering meaningful connections with our clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Offer medication reminders and support to promote adherence to prescribed regimens.
- Provide personal care assistance, including dressing and bathing, to maintain client dignity and comfort.
- Accompany clients on social outings, appointments, and errands, enriching their lives and promoting independence.
At Home Instead, we believe in the power of meaningful connections. All our visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing you to build genuine relationships with your clients and make a lasting impact on their lives.
Benefits of Joining Our Team- Competitive pay rates: £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £12.50 at weekends, and double time on bank holidays.
- Flexible part-time hours to suit your schedule.
- Paid mileage reimbursement at 30p per mile.
- Comprehensive paid training programs, including Care Certification, City & Guilds Dementia Training, End of Life and Parkinson's Disease specialist training.
- Ongoing support from mentors and a dedicated office team.
- Regular team meet-ups and social events to foster a strong sense of community.
A valid UK driver's license is required. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
