Job Title: Senior Chemist
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Russell Taylor Group Ltd is working with a global testing company to recruit an experienced Senior Chemist ready to step up into a Principal role or an established professional looking for a change in their career.
The Role:
- Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) including root cause analysis and communicate with clients on technical matters.
- Investigate and conduct non-routine methodology and data generation as required by clients and the business.
- Perform ongoing training for the organic laboratory team.
- Assist others in the performance of their duties if trained in that area of operation and if time allows.
The Person:
- Will hold a degree in a relevant scientific or chemistry-based discipline (or higher).
- Have 5+ years of experience in an analytical organic testing laboratory working to UKAS 17025 standards.
- Experience in training analysts on associated test equipment and QMS.
