Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at MCG Facilities Management Ireland Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records
- Assist with payroll and staff management
- Perform machine repairs and maintenance
- Provide induction training to new staff members
- Manage daily staff attendance and holiday cover
- Ensure full compliance with COSHH and colour coding regulations
- Eligibility to work in the EU/EEA
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and products
- Previous cleaning experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic statutory training in safety and work instructions
