Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the running of our prestigious multi-site contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team and ensuring that all aspects of the operation are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a large team of cleaning staff and ensure that they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used in the correct standard and that adequate cover is provided in the absence of cleaners.
- Monitor and improve productivity, allocation of hours, and other areas that affect monthly results.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all sites are cleaned to a high standard.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure that their cleaning needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Proven track record of having worked within the cleaning industry at supervisory level with experience of multi-contract management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large team.
- Financial acumen and experience of budget management.
- Health and Safety experience and a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Full driving licence and IT skills, including the use of online HR, payroll, and audits systems.
