Job Title: Customer Success Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking to take on a new challenge? Do you have a passion for customer success and a background in engineering? We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Project Manager to join our team at People Source Consulting Ltd trading as Experis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented project manager to lead our Customer Success team and drive the delivery of complex projects. As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer journey, building relationships, and managing key implementation activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting all stakeholders' expectations and adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to a high quality.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that project technical scope, costs, quality, and time parameters are managed and updated throughout the project life cycle.
  • Act as a champion for our customers, monitoring data, driving SLA performance, and creating added value.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues within the project, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies with clear accountability and ownership.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Technical knowledge to support and deliver projects in the Customer Success team.
  • Prince 2 Practitioner level or other project management skills/certification.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages an advantage.
