As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable running of our office, while also driving new business opportunities across the residential sales and lettings sector.
About Us
We are a well-established estate agency in Brighouse town centre, offering a range of services related to the sale and letting of residential property. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results-driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support and Development
- Oversee and support the sales team, implementing procedures to improve performance and drive sales growth.
- Provide support to the lettings team, working closely with them to achieve their goals.
- Office Management
- Manage the office rota, approve holiday requests, and log notes using our HR system.
- Provide monthly wages to the Director, including commissions payable.
- Collate monthly completions and provide these to the Directors.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Be the first point of contact for complaints and work to resolve them efficiently.
- Ensure regular contact with customers once a property is marketed.
- Compliance and Administration
- Ensure compliance policies are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Undertake administration and office duties related to the marketing of new properties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
