Senior IT Systems Manager

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the implementation and management of our global IT systems. As a Senior Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, scalable, and reliable operation of our IT infrastructure across all global office and site locations.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Strategy and Implementation: Collaborate with end users, business leads, suppliers, and partners to deliver effective IT solutions and services that meet business needs and future growth.
- IT Systems Management: Manage IT systems resources, including recruitment and line management, to ensure operational success and future growth.
- Centralized IT Support: Implement and manage a proactive and effective centralized IT support team to provide timely and efficient support to users.
- Project Management: Manage and report on the implementation of IT system projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Financial Management: Develop, manage, and report on financial operational expenditure, forecasts, and budgets for Global IT systems.
- Technical Direction: Provide technical direction and advice to project team members to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
- Supplier Management: Lead the management of suppliers and third-party partnerships to ensure effective and compliant relationships.
- Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the Information Security Team to support the implementation of effective security management and controls.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IT Manager within a multi-site organization.
- ICT industry experience.
- Cisco CCNA/CCENT.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
