Last Mile Logistics is a critical component of Ericsson's supply chain, responsible for the transportation and delivery of goods from the company's warehouse to customers. As a Last Mile Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of this process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate order plans based on project rollout schedules, material availability, and supply lead times.
  • Manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels, making decisions on re-badging, returns, buyback, and scraping.
  • Oversee Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory management, ensuring optimal decisions based on cost-benefit analysis.
  • Develop and maintain processes for ordering 3PP equipment, PO and GR processes, and outbound and inbound logistics.
  • Provide on-the-day support and manage Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues.

Relationships and Process Handovers:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Supply teams, understanding lead times and inventory landing positions.
  • Work closely with Projects teams, including KAM, COM, NPD, CPM, and MCO, to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery schedules.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers regarding logistics-related issues.
