Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of logistics services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics activities across multiple projects and sites.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
