We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the HR strategy for our UK arm of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support all HR-related topics and key processes, including workforce budgeting, recruiting, performance management, development & learning, welfare & compensation.
- Enhance and implement the recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent for positions in the UK across multiple functions, including sales & operations, finance & accounting, marketing, and technology.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Organisational & People Growth initiatives and projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, talent development, succession planning, and training initiatives.
- Oversee operational HR activities, including administrative tasks related to hiring processes, such as drafting contracts and mandatory communications.
- Act as a point of reference on HR-related issues for all colleagues in the UK, approximately 70 employees.
- Monitor and identify learning needs, and execute learning and development programs to measure and track learning outcomes.
