About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Guildmore Facades and Cladding. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communication and Collaboration: Prepare and organize the distribution of all communications to residents using positive, simple, and engaging language. Proactively deal with tenant enquiries and liaise with project delivery teams to keep residents informed of any changes, cancellations, progress updates.
  2. Consumer Standards: Be aware of the Consumer Standards set by the Social Housing Regulator and assist our clients in realizing their obligations under such. Conduct additional checks and surveys, and discreetly report any concerns regarding condition and decency standards, including issues like damp and mould, to the client organization.
  3. Training and Development: Attend any courses that your Line Manager has identified for you to enhance your training. Participate in regular project review meetings to discuss aftercare progress and challenges.
