Key Responsibilities
  • Handle internal calls and provide friendly and efficient assistance to clients.
  • Manage national accounts and build strong relationships with clients across the country.
  • Quality check reports to ensure they meet high standards before reaching clients.
  • Book appointments and coordinate schedules seamlessly.
  • Perform data entry and administration tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be customer-focused with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Problem solver with quick thinking and effective issue resolution skills.
  • Multitasker with the ability to juggle various tasks without missing a beat.
  • Detail-oriented with high attention to detail in all work.
  • Methodical with a systematic approach to prioritizing and completing tasks.
  • Adaptable with flexibility to switch priorities at a moment's notice.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player and independent worker who thrives in both team and individual settings.
  • IT literate with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
