Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our building services team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, inspection, and repair services to air conditioning and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on chillers, air handling units (AHU), and split systems, as well as fan coil units.
  • Perform small works, installation, and refurbishment of air conditioning and cooling equipment.
  • Maintain and manage records for all HVAC equipment on the facility, including F-Gas records, and provide a monitoring service for critical maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise with electrical building services and building management system (BMS) teams to ensure seamless overlap and coordination.
  • Assist with general ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in air conditioning and chiller maintenance.
  • Building services knowledge, with exposure to all aspects of building services, including basic electrical knowledge.
  • Chiller/refrigeration expertise.
  • IT literacy and strong record-keeping skills.
  • Valid driving license.
