Job Title: Air Condition Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Air Condition Engineer to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, inspection, and repair services to air conditioning and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on air conditioning and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Complete PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on chillers, AHU, and split systems, as well as fan coil units.
  3. Assist with small works, installation, and refurbishment of air conditioning and cooling equipment.
  4. Manage and maintain records for all HVAC kit on the facility, including F-Gas records.
  5. Liaise with electrical building services and BMS teams to ensure seamless integration and overlap.
  6. Provide ad-hoc maintenance support as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in air conditioning and chiller maintenance.
  • Building services knowledge, including basic electrical knowledge.
  • Chiller/refrigeration experience.
  • IT literacy and good record-keeping skills.
  • Valid driving license.

Working Environment:

The role will involve working on a mobile basis across the North West area, with a 40-hour week and overtime opportunities. A van and other necessary equipment will be provided.

Salary: 40k basic, plus overtime.
