Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at SGS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our certification services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and administer certification services, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage customer applications for certificate requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant country standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to achieve compliance and ensure clients receive completed certificates.
  • Maintain a professional corporate image at all times, representing SGS with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, with any additional languages an advantage.
