This prominent firm in property investment and development is looking for a versatile Personal Assistant to assist a busy and dynamic executive. As the MD's right-hand support, you will play a crucial role in managing both business and personal affairs, ensuring optimal use of the director's time. Previous experience in the Real Estate or Property sector will be advantageous.

In this position, you will need to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and organize to handle shifting priorities and a diverse workload. Flexibility and adaptability are vital, as you will be managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will engage with existing and potential clients. This role is office-based, requiring attendance five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive management of the director's calendar
  • Handling email communications

  • Coordinating events attended by the director
  • Preparing reports and correspondence for clients
  • Drafting sales documents and letters
