About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our esteemed care home in Aberdeen. As a Senior Nurse (General), you will use your leadership skills to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is up-to-date knowledge of the most recent clinical practices.
Responsibilities:
- Use your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions
- Support and mentor your team to ensure they have the clinical training they need
- Implement safeguarding policies and administer medicines in line with NMC regulations
