As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that works together to create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a keyworker for young people and provide individualized support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and engaging environment through activities and events
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using IT skills to document progress and achievements
