TRAILER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled Trailer Maintenance Technician to become part of a leading firm in the logistics sector. This is a Permanent Position that offers excellent career advancement opportunities, with a competitive salary of £38,000 plus a £500 signing bonus and enhanced holiday benefits.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm

45 hours per week

Position Overview

The Trailer Maintenance Technician role is a Permanent Position that is available for immediate start, and we are flexible regarding any notice period you may have with your current employer.

Role Responsibilities

As a Trailer Maintenance Technician, your duties will include inspecting, servicing, and repairing trailers to maintain high operational standards. Daily tasks will involve:

  • Performing roadside repairs and services on trailers
  • Conducting brake and suspension repairs
  • Assessing trailers for necessary maintenance
  • Executing 6-weekly inspections
  • Carrying out routine servicing
  • Completing and interpreting maintenance documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service

Candidate Requirements:

To qualify for the Trailer Maintenance Technician position, you should possess:

· Prior experience in trailer maintenance

· Ability to complete relevant documentation

· Strong organizational skills to manage workloads effectively

· A valid UK Driving License
