TRAILER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled Trailer Maintenance Technician to join a leading firm in the transportation sector. This is a Permanent Position that offers excellent career advancement opportunities, with a competitive salary of £38,000 along with a £500 signing bonus and enhanced holiday benefits.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm

45 hours per week

Position Details

The Trailer Maintenance Technician role is a Permanent Position that can start immediately, and we are flexible regarding any notice period you may have with your current employer.

Role Responsibilities

As a Trailer Maintenance Technician, your duties will include inspecting, servicing, and repairing trailers to maintain high standards of operation. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Performing roadside repairs and services on trailers
  • Executing brake and suspension repairs
  • Assessing trailers for necessary maintenance
  • Conducting 6-weekly inspections
  • Carrying out routine servicing
  • Completing and interpreting necessary documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service

Candidate Requirements:

To qualify for the Trailer Maintenance Technician position, you must:

Have prior experience working with trailers

Be capable of completing relevant documentation

Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Possess a full UK Driving License
