We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Executive to join our Client Services team at Influencer. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing influencer content campaigns, building and nurturing relationships with creators, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day management of influencer content campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Creator Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with creators, identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing partnerships.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the campaigns team to develop and execute strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing, and outreach initiatives.
  • Platform Management: Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief and content uploads, and creator payments.
  • Client Support: Provide 360-degree support to our self-service clients on the platform, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Work with Account Managers and Directors to create end-of-campaign reports, ensuring we exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in an influencer marketing or social media role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Player: A proven team player with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting colleagues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Adaptability: Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
